These terms govern your use of TeamoWebApk, a service that helps users request an Android app generated from an existing website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

TeamoWebApk lets you submit a website URL and, where applicable, an app name and logo to request an Android application package (APK). Build availability and completion depend on technical processing and compatibility.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must provide accurate information and have the legal authority to submit the website and branding. You are responsible for keeping any order information you receive.

3. Website and content rights

You must own, control, or have permission to use the submitted website, content, name, and logo. You remain responsible for the website and all content displayed through the generated app. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

4. Plans and payments

Available plan features and prices are displayed on the builder before you submit a request. Paid features require successful payment confirmation. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider and may be subject to its terms.

5. Build processing and delivery

Build duration is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time. Some websites may not work correctly in an Android wrapper because of their design, security settings, authentication, or reliance on unsupported browser features. We may be unable to complete a build if technical or legal restrictions apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create apps for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing purposes, or to interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain or improve it. We may also update these terms; the version published on this page applies to use of the service from its effective date.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that every submitted website can be converted or that an app will be accepted by any third-party app store. You are responsible for reviewing and testing your app before distributing it.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
